Deep Breathing – The Truly Essential Exercise

                 Deep breathing is an anti-stress technique and there are several notable health benefits. Deep breathing has a calming effect. Feelings like anger or fear can be replaced by focused and relaxed state of mind. People with anxiety disorders, sleep problems, often use this kind of treatment.

Deep breathing releases endorphins in the body. Endorphin is the hormone that helps us to feel better; it is a natural pain relief that is produced in our body. When you practice deep breathing, the diaphragm moves up and down while helping the body to remove the toxins out of it and promotes better blood flow. The oxygen provides energy, which means that we increase the level of our energy through deep breathing. Take a few moments to learn a few techniques, and as long as you breath deep every day, you can reduce stress, relax the body and mind and it will also help you to sleep better.

The technique for natural deep breathing it’s easy to learn.

Sit in a comfortable position with your hands on your knees and relax your shoulders. Breathing  starts with breathing out. You can’t inhale fully until you empty your lungs completely. Breathe through your nose. Breathe out slowly through your nose while you count to five. While your stomach does not swell. At the end of your breath, keep your breath for two seconds, then exhale slowly subsequently for five seconds. Exhaling, the belly retracts inward. Close your eyes and repeat 5 to 10 times the entire cycle.
