Don’t you just hate it when a drop of curry stains a brand new outfit or when your son comes home from school with icky mud splattered across his white shirt?
The key to preventing yourself from throwing money out the window along with your stained clothes is to learn how to tackle stains as soon as possible and in the right way.
The most effective stain removers can be very expensive. Also their ingredients can irritate your skin.
However, for one of the most effective stain removers you don’t have to spend a lot of money, and you can do it yourself. Here’s how.
In order to make this remover you need these ingredients:
- ½ cup of dishwashing detergent
- 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide (not stronger than 3%)
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Mix the ingredients and place them in a clean spray bottle. Then, take the bottle with the mixture and spray directly on the stain several times and wait for half an hour.
Put the clothes in the washing machine and wash it as usual. After laundering, you won’t even be able to guess where the stain was!
