Here’s one completely natural remedy for those suffering from joints pain. We are talking about a homemade recipe that originates from certain Old Russian medical books and it is proven to be amazingly beneficial. The ingredients are very easy to reach, and the remedy will relieve your pain while you are sleeping!
- Hot mustard
- Baking soda
- Sea salt
Take one plastic / ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Get all of the ingredients and stir them together till you get a good homogeneous mixture. Place it in an empty cream jar or some other packaging and you are done with the preparation of this great remedy.
How to use it:
Apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, make sure you tie it loose. Leave the cream on for 1.5-2 hours.
It is best if you do this before you go to bed, because during the night you do not move the joints, and they can heal better. You can rinse the area in the morning.
