The main thing in this diet involves skipping the dinner, which means that you shouldn’t eat after 4 PM until the next morning (4 PM for people who get up early in the morning).
When someone has different daily schedule, he should have in mind that the distance between the last and the first meal should be at least 14 hours.
When you will start this diet, if you are used to have a dinner, maybe you’ll face difficulties and feel hunger. It is very important that you don’t stop it (although you find it difficult), be patient and you’ll soon be adapted to the new regime – simply, give yourself some time.
After few days, you’ll get used, because hunger is a normal human condition. Our ancestors, hundreds of years before were leaving to bet hungry, because in that way their body was ready for a long period of fasting.
When we are forced to go to bed hungry, the energy that our body normally uses for digestion is used for the elimination of harmful substances, increasing the hormone levels and cell regeneration.
We burden our digestive tract with the excess food daily, and in this way we don’t allow the stomach to rest. This causes damage to the organs, problems with the health and overweight.
So, in accordance with this “Without dinner” diet, you shouldn’t eat anything after 4 PM.
You should drink more fluids, herbal teas and other beverages that do not contain calories. That will alleviate the feeling of hunger and will eliminate the toxins accumulated during the day.
