½ cup of lemon juice
5 to 7 radishes
1 small red onion
6 cloves of garlic
Wash the vegetables very well and then cut it into quarters. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it, but not for long, until you get a smoothie mix. Place this mixture in a glass jar and store it in the fridge.
Adults: 2 tablespoons per day, one in the morning, and one at night.
