What causes cellulite?

Green vegetables – rich in vitamins and minerals that improve skin tone and burn fat.
Citrus and forest fruits – full of vitamin C which stimulates the creation of collagen, and thus rejuvenates your skin.
Cucumber, watermelon, celery, fennel root – have a diuretic effect, which positively affects the expulsion of toxins.
Low fat meat (turkey, chicken) – it is a necessary and a source of protein needed for the production of collagen.
Spices: garlic, turmeric, marjoram, rosemary, ginger, chili – good antioxidants that improve blood circulation.
