The preparation is very easy and simple. All you need to prepare this tincture is bay leaves and alcohol.
30 g fresh bay leaf
300 ml 60% alcohol
Chop the bay leaves finely into small pieces and put them in a glass jar. Add the alcohol and close the jar. Place the closed jar in a warm place and let it stand for 10 days, and then strain it, and store the tincture in a glass bottle.
Use the tincture to massage the painful areas from the body (external). Another way you can use the tincture is to consume 10 drops of it dissolved in water, 3 times a day before meal.
Bay leaf must not be used longer than one month. You must make at least 15-day break before you continue using it. Pregnant women and children under 6 years of age must not use bay leaf.
