The preparation is very simple. All you need is:
- 100 gr of yeast
- 100 gr of honey
Place these two ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. If you need greater mixture, you can always double it, but you should pay attention that their metric weight is equal.
Spread the mixture on the place that hurts, and place a towel over it. The pain will disappear soon.
