The process of colon cleanse was performed since ancient Greece, but in the USA, it became famous during the 1920s and 1930s. This process was performed due to the theory of autointoxication. Mucus buildup in the colon may be caused as a result of undigested meat and other foods, and these toxins lead to fatigue, headache, weight gain, and low energy.
This colon cleanse that we are about to show you is rich in fiber, nutrients and vitamin that will replace the toxins you expel.
