Get an organic, good quality dry ginger powder. Put a little of this powder in your mouth and spread it over your gums with the tongue. Do this after each meal, especially when you’re not able to wash your teeth.
You should regularly use the ginger powder after brushing your teeth and in the evening before bedtime. It is excellent in disinfection of the mucus membranes, and it strengthens and cleans the gums.
