It is a Mexican rice salad with oil dressing, lime juice, mustard, red pepper, mayonnaise and salt.
120 g rice
2 tbsp chopped celery
160g tuna chunks in vegetable oil
300g sour apple
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lime juice
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tbsp pepper
100g light mayonnaise
- Cook the rice in salted water, strain it and let it
- Put the eggs put in the salted water, cook them for 10 minutes, peel, cool it and than chop them.
- Add the celery, tuna, eggs and chopped apples to the cooled rice.
- Then add the oil, lime juice, mustard, pepper, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well. Prejilte prepared mixture over rice and stir well. Add this dressing over the rice and stir well.
