Easy, Healthy And Low-Fat Salad Recipe!

It is a Mexican rice salad with oil dressing, lime juice, mustard, red pepper, mayonnaise and salt.

Ingredients:

120 g rice

salt

3 eggs

2 tbsp chopped celery

160g tuna chunks in vegetable oil

300g sour apple

Salad Dressing:

4 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp lime juice

1 teaspoon mustard

2 tbsp pepper

100g light mayonnaise

salt

  1. Cook the rice in salted water, strain it and let it
  2. Put the eggs put in the salted water, cook them for 10 minutes, peel, cool it and than chop them.
  3. Add the celery, tuna, eggs and chopped apples to the cooled rice.
  4. Then add the oil, lime juice, mustard, pepper, mayonnaise and salt. Mix well. Prejilte prepared mixture over rice and stir well. Add this dressing over the rice and stir well.
