-The time when yin energy becomes yang is the time between 11 pm to 1 am and if you wake up at this time often it means that you are stuck with some kind of resentment. If you want to solve this kind of a problem you should try to calm yourself to think about positive things and to keep the energy for the upcoming day.
-The body is performing detoxification and renewal process in the period between 1 am to 3 am and then the liver makes fresh clean blood and it releases toxins. If you are waking up at this particular time it means that you are really frustrated and angry about something/someone.
-The lungs flood the body with oxygen and they are ‘repairing’ in the period between 3 am and 5 am and if you wake up at this particular time it is indicator that you are feeling sad or you feel grief. In order to solve this kind of a problem you should try with breathing techniques. But waking up during this time can also be due to feeling cold for a longer period of time or lucid dreaming.
-During the period between 5 am and 7 am the large intestine becomes really active because it is eliminating the toxins from your body by breaking them down. If you are waking up at this particular time often it is indicator that you have poor diet, or that you had dinner very late that night.
