Originally this is a three-ingredient recipe, invented by Dr. Caroline Anderson, but I will add one more essential ingredient that will make the mixture even more powerful cancer fighter.
These findings are based on a two-thousand-year-old tradition of using these ingredients in India, which have been a subject on a more than 5000 published medical studies.
Using this mixture on a daily basis can reduce the chances of getting cancer to a minimum, and even can help in the cancer treatment.
– A half teaspoon turmeric
– A half teaspoon ginger
– A quarter teaspoon ground black pepper
– One tablespoon cold pressed oil olive oil (or coconut oil)
Mix all of the ingredients in a cup. You can take the mixture on its own or you can also add it to soups, yogurt, salads, on meats, etc. But, it is the best to use the mixture on its own, as the heat from the food can lower the activity of the active ingredients.
As a cancer preventive, taking this mixture once a day is more than enough. But, those dealing with cancer should consume this mixture 3 to 4 times daily.
