There are certain points on our body that can help us to get better quicker. Here we are presenting you 7 acupressure points that you should use whenever you have a pain. If you follow the instructions properly, you’ll see their effect.
Points (A) — Center of Power
Benefits: Relieves stomach pains, abdominal spasms, indigestion, heartburn, constipation, and emotional stress such as worry and frustration that often causes digestive problems.
Location: you can find this point on the midline of the body, one-half way between the base of the breastbone and the belly button.
Be careful: if you have a chronic or life-threatening illness such as heart disease, cancer, or high blood pressure, you should not hold this point deeply. Don’t hold it longer than two minutes, and be careful not to use it on a fairly empty stomach.
Points (B) – Sea of energy
Benefits: Relieves abdominal pain, lower back pain, constipation, gas, and digestive problems.
Location: Two finger widths below the navel.
Points (C) — Three Mile Point
Benefits: Relieves stomachaches, poor digestion, stomach disorders, and fatigue.
Location: Four finger widths below the kneecap, one finger width to the outside of the shinbone. To make sure that you are on the correct spot, move your foot up and down and the muscle should flex as you move.
Points (D) & Points (E) — Sea of Vitality
Benefits: Relieves indigestion, abdominal pain, and stomachaches.
Location: Location: In the lower back two (Point E) and four (Point D) finger widths from the spine at waist level.
