To satisfy the thirst, you often reach a cup of plain still water, but this natural source of health can often be left out during the day, or simply forgotten.
Here are some signs that tell you that your body is lack of water:
Your lips are dry
This is the most obvious sign that manifests thirst, dry lips and tongue. But if you notice this, keep in mind that your body is already dehydrated.
Your skin is dry
The skin is the largest organ in the body, and it requires a lot of water to remain in good and hydrated shape, and the dry skin is one of the first signs of dehydration.
Your eyeballs are dry
The lack of water in the body is also manifested through the eyes. They become red and irritated.
You feel joints pain
The cartilage and discs contain 80% of water, and in order to keep this percent, they need a lot water, so if you are dehydrated the pain in your joints will appear.
Reduced muscle mass
Muscles also contain a large amount of water, so the reduced amount of water in the body automatically causes reduction of muscles.
Feeling of tiredness
Fatigue and lethargy are additional signs of lack of water in the body.
Strong hunger pangs
When you are dehydrated, your body sends false signals to your brain that you are hungry, and actually you are thirsty.
Belching is the first sign that you have heartburn caused by lack of water in your body.
Reduced need for urinating
If you go to the bathroom less than 4 to 7 times a day, it is a clear sign that you don’t enter the right amount of water in your organism.
The lack of water is also visible on your face, and because your skin becomes dry, facial wrinkles appear earlier.
